The Oppo A53 is the first smartphone in the world to be announced with the latest Snapdragon 460 CPU. The device packs a 6.5-inch Full-HD+ screen that houses a selfie snapper inside the display. The screen itself is a tall 20:9 aspect ratio, an IPS panel with a 90Hz refresh rate.
On the inside, there is the aforementioned Qualcomm Snapdragon 460 octa-core CPU clocked at 1.8GHz, along with Adreno 610 GPU. The OPPO A53 comes in a single 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage, which is expandable up to 256GB via SD card.
As for the optics, there is a 16-megapixel main snapper, a secondary 2-megapixel depth sensor, and a third 2-megapixel dedicated macro lens, while a single 16-megapixel selfie snapper is kept in the punch-hole upfront.
The device runs on Android 10 out of the box with Color OS 7.2. The battery is a 5000mAh with an 18W fast charger. There is a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner with 45 enabled dual Nano-SIM. The painting option includes Electric Black and Fancy Blue.
