The LG K31 just borrowed the design and few specs from the recently launched K8x. The device comes in a 5.7-inch HD+ display with 720 x 1520 pixels resolution, has a 19:9 aspect ratio, and a U-shaped notch above the screen.
Powering the K31 is an octa-core MediaTek MT6762 Helio P22 CPU at 2.0 GHz, pegged with PowerVR GE8320 GPU. It has 2GB RAM and 32GB internal storage expandable up to 128GB via SD card.
On the optics, there is a dual 13 MP + 5 MP main camera featuring PDAF, a single-LED flash, and an f/2.0 aperture. It comes with a 5-megapixel selfie sensor, loaded with AI techs like FaceID and face beautification.
Power comes from a 3000mAh battery and Google Android 10 runs out of the box. The unit has a rear place fingerprint scanner and a slot for a single 4G LTE SIM.
The price of the LG K31 in Nigeria is estimated to cost around 57,000 Naira.
