Published
2 years agoon

Itel mobile just launched their first smartphone that runs on Android 7.0 Nougat , The Itel A31. It’s the latest addition to Itel’s A-series .
I’d say that the Itel A31 is a budget friendly smartphone for “everyone”. The itel A31 specifications make it to be quite affordable. The phone sells for N21,000 in Nigeria.
The phone sports a 5.0 inch display, dual SIM support but dissapointingly 4G LTE support is not available. It runs on Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box, 1GB RAM, 8GB expandable internal storage, keeping the lights on is a 3000mAh battery and also supports reverse charging (it can be used to charge other phones). It comes in three color options – Champagne Gold, Bright Black, Carbon Blue, Here are the full specifications –

Exclusive: Itel P33 Unboxing And First Impressions
Published

April 25, 2019
I just received the iTel P33 from iTel Mobile and in this post I’ll be doing an iTel P33 Unboxing and also talking about my first Impressions when handling the device.
In my opinion, the Itel P33 is definitely in a class of it’s own in the range of low-budget smartphones and I must say I was pretty impressed when I was handling the device and for what it’s worth, it certainly pushes other devices with similar specs off the grid.
Itel P33 Unboxing : What’s In The Box?
- USB 2.0 Cable
- USB Charger Brick
- A pair of Headphones
- Itel P33 Smartphone
- Plastic Phone Pack
Here’s a quick rundown of the specifications of the Itel P33
Itel P33 Specifications
- Android Go 8.1.0
- 5.5 ” Display
- 1.3 GHz Quad Core Processor
- 1GB RAM
- 16GB internal expandable memory
- Dual SIM capability
- Dual 8 MP Auto-Focus primary camera with LED flash
- 5 MP front-facing camera
- 4000 mAh removable battery
The software on the phone has undergone a considerable overhaul and it has more of a material design UI and is quite better that what you’ll find on the iTel P32 and overall performance is smoother.
Another interesting thing on the device that isn’t on it’s predecessor the P32 is the presence of Face ID and a dual rear camera setup that supports a lot of features.
The fingerprint scanner is mounted at the rear and unlocks pretty fast. The speaker placement is at the back of the device and of course the classic 3.5mm headphone jack. Although I feel it would have been better if the headphone jack was placed below the device.
By the side you get the power button and the volume keys. Keeping the lights on on the device is a 4000 mAh battery.
Whether this device is actually a budget phone or not, the iTel P33 is one impressive device and is definitely worth buying.
For its official price of ₦26,000, the iTel A32F does not look like a bad deal. I’ll be dropping a full review soon. Let me know your thoughts on this

Meet The Tecno Spark 2 “A Premium Budget Smartphone” – Full Review, Specifications And Price

This is one of the best Tecno phones I have seen this year and considering the fact that it’s not an expensive device I feel the Spark 2 has all it takes to be a Flagship device , the only thing that changes that is the RAM. I spent two weeks with the device – Here’s my review video below –
Don’t forget to subscribe to my channel so you can stand a chance of winning awesome prices from smartphones to gadgets and data subscription.
O.S , DESIGN AND DISPLAY
The thing I don’t like about the device is the HiOS launcher that comes with it. It’s pretty difficult to navigate through and I hope Tecno can make improvements on the launcher but until then the best option is to install a third party launcher on the device.
Also the colors are nice and does not look over saturated, the white balance is great as well. Like all Android Go smartphones you still have the optimized lightweight Google apps – Maps Go , Gmail Go, YouTube Go , Google Go and my personal favorite Assistant Go. There’s also an Eye care feature that prevents eye strain while using your smartphone. The Spark 2 also supports portrait mode.
An interesting design change here is the headphone jack. Tecno may just have kicked off the future of headphone jacks by moving it to the bottom of the device. This move will actually make your headphones last longer. It’s an awesome move by Tecno although it will take a bit of getting used to.
