You must have heard about recording of the screen of a phone or PC, but as easy as it sounds on Android phones, it is not usually possible for phones without root access to record their screen. But some of this new developers have created some applications that can perform this task even without rooting your phone, and that sounds like a good news to users who are afraid of rooting. So to simply record screen I am going to talk about the best 5 applications for recording screen of phone. You may feel sharing some stuffs to friend that may need the person to see how it is been done or ypi want to create a tutorial or you want to teach someone a step that needs paying attention, all you need is record your screen and send to the person. This application for recording, I am going to list are free but some have paid versions who have more features or block useless advertisements. Most applications found on Google playstore for recording screen are paid or even if not paid may require root access, but this application listed here will make u make good use of your time of downloading lot of applications before finding the ones you want and you can simply use one second out of it to share this if you find it useful.

ilos screen recorder is a simple, basic and user friendly recorder for non-rooted devices and works flawlessly on lollipop (Android 5.1). It is a totally free application. It doesn’t have any lot of hard ways it totally free and easy to use. It also records audio via your phone microphone. You can change the setting of ilos to select the quality of the videos you want (Standard, Medium and High).
Note: The higher the quality the higher the size of the video.
This application also enables you to create online account where you can save your videos for future use and can download to any phone, maybe if you change your phone and you can also share the videos in your Social Media accounts.

Rec is also one of the best screen recording applications for Android. Like the ilos also it is user friendly (Easily Understandable) and easy to use application. But unlike ilos it has two types the free version and paid, the free version enables you to record Full HD videos up to 5 minutes. You can change the setting of rec to select the quality of the videos you want.
Note: The higher the quality the higher the size of the video
But the pro version had more features like shake to start/stop recording, can record videos up to 1 hour , show screen touches and lots more and the pro goes for only $3.29, but it really worth its price.

AZ Screen Recorder is one of the designed screen recording application for lollipop. This application provides all it features free of charge. AZ Screen Recorder can capture video of your face with your front camera and record audio via your microphone and can be used to trim videos.

One Shot Screen Recorder really make screen recording easier a d interesting because it enables you to edit (Trimming etc) your videos without any other applications. But the free version puts watermark on your videos while the paid doesn’t the paid just go for $1 on Google play store. The paid removes the watermark, advertisements and gives you the ability to change your video logo.
Unlimited Screen Recorder is a great application for recording videos most especially on lollipop (Android 5.1), it is a free application no premium PR pro version and has features of lots of some premium like no watermarks, unlimited recording and lots more. Even as it is free it records audio on the videos and its a very easy application and you will find it fun using it.
