I decided to make this post for those who want to make their windows 7 appear different from other windows 7 systems. Customization can make your system look like a mac, android or even windows 8.
There are 11 Apps I'll write down below that you'll have to download first before you can do this,
Some of the apps here have windows 8 variants. However the download links provided here are for Windows 7. I have not tested the windows 8 variants you can still search for it on google,

Here is A Glimpse Of How My Desktop Looks Like

This creates MAC like homescreen icons on your desktop .Its really cool . However in a case where you wish to hide your taskbar. Simply right click on the dock and go to settings,Go to options then check hide the task bar. if you want to unhide it, follow the same method to unhide it.If your taskbar keeps sliding down after you unhide it simply right click on your taskbar, then uncheck the auto hide task bar option

RocketDock

This is similar to objectdock. but comes in handy as a great shortcut bar. it;s worth a try.

Cursor Fx

This gives your mouse/cursor a stylish look. It also also adds effects to the cursor as well if you purchase the full version, However there are also cursors you could download at
