Huawei introduced the Honor 6x last month . Apparently, the Chinese OEM wants to broaden their options even further with a variant of the phone that'll be more affordable. It will most likely be called the Honor 6S and may cost around $120 or $130.
From the renders , the dual camera set up is gone, that should be enough to bring the cost down to the suggested level. It'll also sport a 5.5-inch FullHD display, 4G and VoLTE support, a hybrid SIM slot and a sizable 3340 mAh battery.
As for the chipset, there's a rumor that says it runs on Snapdragon 435 SoC. It is one of the chips that came along with the Snapdragon 625, in this year.
The Huawei Honor 6S should be available in markets by January 2017.
